1. Shopping on Dealvana
New to group buying? Start with How it works and the FAQs. Every deal shows its group-buy price, the minimum buyer target, the deadline and the estimated dispatch date, and a live progress bar tells you how close it is to unlocking.
2. Payments
Joining a deal is a commitment to buy at the deal price if the target is reached. Your card is saved securely at checkout and only charged when the deal succeeds; if the deadline passes below target, your order is cancelled and nothing is charged. Card payments are processed by Stripe and Dealvana never stores card numbers. See the Terms & Conditions.
3. Orders, delivery and returns
The supplier named on the deal ships your order once the deal succeeds and you are emailed when it is dispatched, with a tracking reference where the supplier provides one. Delivery timeframes, returns and your Australian Consumer Law guarantees are explained in Shipping & Returns and Returns & Consumer Rights.

Join the waitlist and refer friends to move up the leaderboard. On launch day, Thursday 29 October 2026, the top 50 get in 12 hours before the public (from 7 am AEDT) and ranks 51 to 100 get in 6 hours early (from 1 pm). After launch every deal opens to everyone at the same time.
Early access sign-ups closed at midnight on 29 October. Members already on the list shop first today: the top 50 from 7:00 am and places 51 to 100 from 1:00 pm AEDT, signed in with the email they joined with. Everyone can join deals from 7:00 pm. Get our deal alerts to hear about new group buys first.
Our deal alerts are a free email with the best new group buys, and you can unsubscribe any time. Early access was for launch day only, so every deal now opens to everyone at the same time.
5. Selling on Dealvana
Suppliers list a deal, set the price, target and deadline, and only fulfil once the target is met. Read Sell on Dealvana for the commission and founding-supplier offer, then contact us to register your interest. Approved suppliers receive their application, terms and dashboard links by email.
