Shipping & Returns

Who ships your order, when it leaves, and how returns work on a group-buy deal.

Applies toBuyers

In short: every deal shows its estimated dispatch date and delivery options. The supplier dispatches once the deal succeeds and you are emailed when your order is on its way, with tracking where the supplier provides it.

1. Shipping

Dealvana is a marketplace. Each deal is sold and shipped by the supplier named on it, and your contract of sale is with that supplier. Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are shown on each deal. The supplier is responsible for dispatching within that timeframe, for delivery and tracking, and for resolving lost, delayed or damaged consignments. Because group-buy orders are confirmed once a deal reaches its target, dispatch generally begins after the target is reached.

2. Returns

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, including for items that are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are supposed to. Those guarantees are provided by the supplier who sold you the item, and the supplier is responsible for the repair, replacement or refund.

To request a return or report a problem, contact us with your order details. We will put you in touch with the supplier and coordinate the remedy on your behalf. Where a refund is due, it is made once the supplier has the goods back (or confirms your order never arrived), and it always goes back to the card you paid with.

See our Marketplace, Returns & Consumer Rights page for full details.
