A deal goes ahead as soon as it reaches its buyer target, and orders are usually dispatched from then rather than after the deal's end date, unless the supplier says otherwise here.
Mattress Firmness and Comfort: Mattress firmness ratings are general guides and are subjective. The perceived firmness may vary depending on body weight, sleeping position, personal preference and the mattress previously used. A mattress feeling firmer or softer than expected, or not meeting an individual's comfort preference, does not by itself constitute a manufacturing defect or an "item not as described" where the product matches its advertised specifications and representations. Genuine product faults or discrepancies will be assessed on their merits.
Compressed Mattress Expansion and Dimensions: Our mattresses are vacuum-compressed and rolled for transportation. Following unpacking, the rate and extent of expansion may vary depending on the materials, temperature and surrounding conditions. Most initial expansion occurs within the first few days, although full dimensional recovery may take up to 60 days.
Advertised mattress heights, including 34 cm, are approximate nominal specifications rather than guarantees of an exact measurement for every individual mattress. Minor variations resulting from normal manufacturing tolerances and the compression and recovery process are expected and do not, by themselves, indicate a manufacturing defect.
Change-of-Mind Returns: Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only where the mattress remains unused, unopened, factory-sealed, vacuum-compressed and in its original packaging and box. Customers are responsible for return freight costs. Once a compressed mattress has been unpacked and expanded, it cannot be recompressed or resealed for resale and is therefore ineligible for change-of-mind returns.
Warranty: Mattresses are covered by the applicable 10-Year or 15-Year Limited Warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, depending on the model. Warranty claims are generally assessed remotely using photographs, videos and supporting information. Physical inspection or return may be arranged where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable warranty terms and consumer law.
Australian Consumer Law: These conditions apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns and additional warranty benefits. They do not exclude or restrict customers' statutory rights, including remedies for faulty, defective or incorrectly described products. Original packaging is not required when exercising applicable statutory consumer rights.
Delivery Coverage: Delivery is strictly limited to eligible postcodes within metropolitan Sydney (NSW) and metropolitan Melbourne (VIC). Orders received for addresses outside our supported delivery zones cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled with a full refund to the original payment method. Delivery eligibility should be confirmed using the destination postcode before an order is accepted wherever possible.
Delivery Service: All deliveries are strictly kerbside or property-entrance delivery only. The courier is not required to carry products inside the property, upstairs, into apartments or lifts, or provide unpacking, assembly or installation services.
Authority to Leave (ATL): ATL applies by default where the courier considers there is a suitable and reasonably safe location. Customers should ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible. Requests for a phone call before delivery, signature on delivery or alternative delivery arrangements cannot be guaranteed under our standard freight service.
Dispatch and Tracking: Orders are generally dispatched within one business day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and any advertised preorder arrangements. Tracking information will be provided once dispatched. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary with courier operations.
Mattress Packaging: Mattresses are delivered vacuum-compressed and rolled in a carton. Customers should follow the supplied unpacking and expansion instructions and allow sufficient time for the mattress to recover.
Returns and Claims: Customers should initiate returns or warranty enquiries through the marketplace's approved support process. Return addresses and freight arrangements must be confirmed before any goods are sent back. Warranty issues can usually be assessed using photographs and videos without requiring physical collection.
Product Care: Mattresses must be used on a suitable, supportive foundation. Slatted bases should comply with our support requirements, including the applicable maximum 6 cm slat gaps and adequate centre support for Queen and King sizes. Damage caused or contributed to by an unsuitable foundation may be excluded from the additional voluntary warranty, without limiting statutory consumer guarantees.
