Change-of-mind returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. Exchanges are subject to availability. Original postage costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
